Karren brings a strong background in policy work to GMD. After graduating from the University of Waikato with a law degree, she worked as a policy advisor for Federated Farmers, gaining valuable insight into the challenges faced by the farming community. She then joined the Waikato Regional Council, contributing to projects like Sustainable Agriculture and freshwater policies.

Outside of work, Karren enjoys spending time with her family, whether it's watching the latest movies, going for walks, or traveling to new places.
