Lana joined GMD in 2022 after a period of working in the public sector, including Hamilton City Council and Waka Kotahi (NZ Transport Agency). She has experience in strategic planning, policy development and implementation and resource consenting. Lana enjoys thinking strategically and attempting to solve the big planning questions. Her background in consenting gives her a down-to-earth and outcomes focused approach to complex problems.

When not at work, Lana enjoys CrossFit, reading and chasing after her two toddlers.
