Natalie is a strategic policy consultant who helps clients tackle complex policy challenges with clarity and creativity. She applies systems-level thinking to understand the bigger picture, developing pragmatic solutions that meet legislative requirements and resonate with stakeholders. Natalie combines the analytical rigour from her academic career with the creative flair of her performing arts background. This unique blend enables her to understand multiple perspectives, communicate clearly with diverse audiences, and identify innovative policy options.

Outside of work Natalie can be found surfing, kiting and enjoying Raglan’s outdoor lifestyle.
